Find Your Float
Find Your Float is a 4-week beginner-friendly suspension yoga series designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of working safely and confidently with the yoga hammock. Each week builds progressively to help you develop strength, body awareness, and trust — both in the hammock and in yourself.
Through mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and guided relaxation, you’ll explore balance, decompression, and freedom of motion in a supportive, boutique-style setting. This series is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to revisit the foundations of suspension yoga at a slower, more mindful pace.
What You’ll Learn:
- Proper hammock setup and safety basics
- Grounded and supported postures for stability
- Gentle inversions and decompression techniques
- Breathwork for relaxation and nervous system balance
- Confidence, strength, and mindfulness in motion
Restorative Suspension Yoga with a Sound Bath,
and Healing Touch
Embraced by the Swing, and guided by your breath, you will move deeper into each pose in a state of bliss, as you connect with your own vital life force energy. Through each Asana you will invite the body to soften deeper, with the support of the yoga swing, whether grounded on the earth, or floating in the air.
Sound Therapy, as with any form of healing, is energetic and vibrational. Instruments,
such as metal and crystal bowls, gong(s), chimes, bells, and other subtle sounds are
incorporated. Energy, and Vibrations are in constant circulation, and flow. Our physical
vessels are made up over 65% of water, and the vibrations of the bowls impact the body
on a cellular depth, with the help of the water element. Aiding in the release of any past traumas, conscious, or unconscious, and offers clarity through the body, as well as, fires up the digestive system.
As you restore with the support of your yoga swing, and props, you will also be offered hands on Reiki throughout the session.
What is Reiki? Reiki is a form of alternative therapy commonly referred to as energy
healing. Established through Japanese medicine in the late 1800's, involving the transfer of universal energy, or ‘Life Force’ energy, from the practitioner's palms to those receiving.
